AIMA Development Sdn Bhd (ADSB) was founded in 1984 and is a 100% Bumiputera status company. Since its inception, our main role has been the development of residential homes and commercial complexes.
As a leading property developer based in Alor Setar, Kedah, ADSB is committed to raising the living standards of our surrounding communities by providing quality and affordable homes for every income group as well as employing as many local Kedahans as possible.
Today, ADSB is steadily expanding into Perlis as well as the Klang Valley through its subsidiary, OMARD Property. In total, we have completed more than 20,000 units of mixed-development projects over the past 39 years. These projects are being undertaken by our wholly-owned construction company, AIMAKON Sdn Bhd, a Class A Bumiputera contractor.
