Dato’ Wira Abdul Halim Bin Che Din founded Aima Development Sdn Bhd (ADSB) in 1984. Through his many decades of discipline, hard work and dedication, Dato’ Wira Abdul Halim has managed to turn ADSB into a reputable property developer that has become a household name in the northern states of Kedah and Perlis.

His leadership along with his team of seasoned professionals have continuously pushed beyond the limits of excellence and innovation. Besides personally overseeing the completion of over 20,000 cumulative units across all property types in three different states, Dato’ Wira Abdul Halim was the main driving force behind the development of multiple landmark property projects in Kedah and Perlis, most notably the City Plaza in Alor Setar, which was the tallest building in the city at the time of its completion, and the Giant Hypermarket in Kangar, which is the first hypermarket in Perlis.

Norhalina Abdul Halim

Executive Director

Norhalina Binti Abdul Halim began her career in the property sector in 1998 with Aima Management Sdn Bhd where she was involved in managing the newly completed City Plaza in Alor Setar. After five years, Norhalina then moved to Ramli Amar Jit & Tan. During her stint in the law firm, she has learned the process of conveyancing besides gaining other related knowledge in this field.

Norhalina later joined Aima Development Sdn Bhd (ADSB) as an assistant general manager in 2004. With her vast experience and skills, Norhalina was appointed as Executive Director of ADSB on 1 September 2008. Since then, ADSB has embodied her creativity, resourcefulness and detail-oriented qualities. Her appointment to the group’s board is also a testament of ADSB’s commitment towards equal gender representation in its leadership.

Mohd Zuber Ahmad

Chief Operating Officer

Mohd Zuber Bin Ahmad began his career at Aima Development Sdn Bhd (ADSB) in 2000. He previously worked at CIMB Bank for 23 years. He last held the position of Regional Head of Consumer Banking North prior to joining ADSB.

Mohd Zuber was first appointed as general manager before climbing the ranks to become the group’s COO. Through years of accumulated property development experience and financial expertise, Mohd Zuber has successfully steered the company through many challenges while maintaining a dynamic work environment in line with the chairman’s vision.

Mohd Zuber holds a Diploma in Banking Studies from the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (formerly known as Institut Bank-bank Malaysia).

Wahida Shahdah Omar

Chief Financial Officer

Wahida Shahdah Binti Omar started her career with Aima Development Sdn Bhd (ADSB) over 17 years ago. Her forte lies strongly in corporate finance, accounting, financial planning and financial risk management.

After graduating, Wahida Shahdah worked as an account executive for safety equipment and accessories company, Total Safe Sdn Bhd. She subsequently joined Utusan Media Sales Sdn Bhd in 2004 where she served as credit controller.

Having honed her skills over the years, she made a bold decision to join ADSB in 2007. Her meticulous handling of ADSB’s finances has been crucial to the group’s resilience during the lockdowns and market changes brought by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Wahida Shahdah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) in Finance from Universiti Teknologi MARA.

Md Khadzir Md Radzi

Group Project Manager

Md Khadzir Bin Md Radzi began his career in construction as early as 1993 with Pengurusan Lebuhraya Berhad where he was involved in project management and cost control for Lebuhraya Utara Selatan (PLUS) and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).

In 1997, Md Khadzir joined Wanza Consulting Engineers Sdn Bhd where he was involved in various mixed developments and infrastructure projects across Pahang, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. He entered the Kedah construction scene two years later while working as project engineer for My Resources Sdn Bhd prior to joining Aima Development Sdn Bhd (ADSB).

A civil engineer by profession, Md Khadzir was appointed as the Group Project Manager in 2010. His vast experience and expertise have been instrumental to the group’s expansion particularly in the Klang Valley.

Md Khadzir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
